1. How can I post an ad?

It’s simple and easy to post an ad on Log in to your account and just click the post

ad button and simply follow the instructions.

2. How can I edit my ad if I need to?

If you think that you need to edit your ad just go to your ad’s page and click on ‘edit your

ad’ option. you can than make the changes you want to and then post it again.

3. How can I delete my ad once I am done?

Once you are done with your ad or you do not need it anymore you can delete it by going

to the ad’s page and clicking on the ‘delete your ad’ button.

4. How long my ads will stay on

60 days, unless you delete them earlier.

5. I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password you can reset it anytime by going into the log-in page and

clicking on ‘forgot your password’ link. And just follow the instructions.

6. How does make money?

We offer paid services and features to help people promote their ads. We charge

businesses a small fee to post ads and use features. These features helps you jump to

the top of the listings, speed up the sale and reach out further to your customers.

7. Where I can find my ad?

When you create an ad, it gets sent to our internal system where we can process it,

processing time can be vary depending on how busy is the website at that specific time.

Please bear with us if it is taking a little longer. When it goes live we will send you an

email to confirm with a link of your ad.

8. Why is my ad not live?

There are a few reasons why your ad might not be live. For example

1. Processing time

Ads can take some time to go through our system. The exact amount of time

depends on the ad and how busy our website is. You will get a confirmation email of

your ad when it is officially gone live.

If you have not received the email please check your junk/ spam folder or contact us.

2. Ad is being removed

Ads are automatically removed from our system if we believe that it breaches one or

more of our posting rules and regulations. We send an email with more information to

the registered email address, addressing why it has happened.

3. Ad needs edits.

Sometimes ad needs edits that is why it is taking time to go live. This type of ads is

placed in edit mode from our end. We will send you an email advising you what

needs to be changed/ edited. Once it is done you are good to go.

9. Is posting ads on is free?

Most ads are free to post; sometimes you might need to pay a fee to get your ad where

you want it. The amount depends on

 The category you are posting in

 Whether you are posting as an individual or a business.

10. How can I report something to you, if it is not right?

You can report any ad from its page if you think that it is

 Fraudulent

 Illegal

 Spam

 A duplicate

 Against posting rules

 In a wrong category.

11. What I can do if I think I have been scammed?

Whether you have been defrauded or you think you have discovered stolen goods,

you can report the incident to your local police; if police decided to investigate the

matter and contact us we will provide all the information that helps their investigation.

12. How can I change my account password/ settings?

To make any changes into your account please login to your account and go to

‘settings’ option. Here you can change your passwords or other things.

13. I am having trouble logging in my account, what should I do?

If you cannot login to your account please make sure that you entered the correct

email and password on login page. If you forgot your password you can reset it. If it is

still not working please contact us.

14. Are there any restrictions for posting on

Yes, there are some restrictions on posting ads on; we do not allow ads that


 Offensive languages and pictures

 An item or service that is not legal in Sri Lanka

 An item or service which is not available / located in Sri Lanka

 Unrealistic offers

 An invalid email address and phone number

15. What if I paid for the item and my item has not arrived?

If you have paid for your item and seller agreed to post it to you and you have not

received it, it may not be a case of fraud or stolen goods. It is may be because you

are dealing with a person who is slow to keep in contact and send the item. Please

try to contact seller to resolve the problem before taking any further steps.
